Discovery
We begin with a conversation about what matters, why it has your attention, and what you want to understand. Business, Work, and Life include a 30-minute conversation. Partnership includes 60 minutes with both people.
Human Design Insights · Kathryn Felten
Personalized insights into something you want to understand, develop, or move forward in your business, work, life, or partnership.
An idea you’re excited about. A situation that keeps coming up. A contribution you want to develop. Something you haven’t quite found words for.
We begin with conversation. I bring listening, intuition, systems thinking, and the lens of Human Design to develop written insights around what matters to you.

Explore Partnership Insights →The attention you receive
Sometimes the useful insight is language for something you already sensed. Sometimes it is a connection you hadn’t seen, a distinction that changes how you understand a situation, or a possibility you want to explore.
I listen to what you share and consider the relationships around it: what you bring, what you carry, what supports you, and what your circumstances ask of you.
I give the resulting perspective a coherent written form you can read, question, and return to. Your response helps us understand what is meaningful and what needs another look.
The engagement
We begin with a conversation about what matters, why it has your attention, and what you want to understand. Business, Work, and Life include a 30-minute conversation. Partnership includes 60 minutes with both people.
I develop one coherent report connecting your inquiry, relevant patterns, Human Design perspectives, and practical considerations. Your report arrives by email; we discuss delivery timing during Discovery.
Read, notice, question, and return to the report in your own way. A week or two is a typical rhythm. Your everyday experience may deepen an insight or bring something new into view.
We return to your response: what stayed with you, what needs clarification, and what you want to carry forward. Business, Work, and Life include a 30-minute conversation. Partnership includes 60 minutes with both people.
After Debrief, I create a personalized closing companion around what became meaningful. It may offer a useful question, a point of attention, or a practical starting place. I send it with a personal closing email and any agreed clarification. This completes the engagement. Your report and companion remain yours to revisit.
The person listening
Listening · Intuition · Systems thinking
My work spans strategy, communication, operations, knowledge, and AI collaboration. I notice connections among people, their work, and the structures supporting them.
In Insights, I bring that attention to your inquiry. I listen, follow the connections, and give what emerges language and form.
Human Design is a lens I use alongside our conversation, my observations, and practical judgment. When a chart connection meaningfully contributes to an insight, I explain how it informs the perspective.
Your lived experience, questions, and recognition remain part of the inquiry.
I use our conversation, relevant charts, my observations, and recorded reflections to develop your insights, with ChatGPT as a thinking and writing collaborator. I guide the inquiry, review the work, and decide what I deliver.
Your starting point
A question, a possibility, or something you’re beginning to notice can give us a place to start.
